A truth: "In the insane world, a sane man must appear insane." 1/2 Polish, 1/2 Irish, I've lived up to the stereotype of being a "stupid drunk" many nights (& days). I took 3 trips to Europe to play soccer, during high school years (1986-90). When East Germany still existed & the Berlin Wall was more than a tourist stop. I've never obtained a college degree, altho my twin brother graduated from Brandeis. Up to now, I've been pretty nonchalant about my future & life in general. Due to my own fears, insecurities, I've problems in life where the ways I express myself tend to be extremely harsh, abrasive even if that's not the intention, but always truthful. Typically, I just didn't want anyone to know me & I've been an asshole for no reason other than I can. I'd like to think I'm on my way to being comfortable & open around people, a work in progress if ever there is one. Due to an event 9/17/04 that almost resulted in my death, I am reevaluating my life. I'm just now realizing my life has been rather erratic & bizzare, certainly entertaining. I have a very wide variety of friends, the millionaires, the poor, the junkies, the transients, the assholes, the poets, the idiots, the saints, the sinners, the geniuses & the slackers (I seem to encompass all but junkie). It would be nice to hear from anyone, wether I know you or not outside the virtual world. I'm open to contact from varying & different angles (up, down, in front, behind, around..).
