About me:
One day i got board so i made a fake John Darnielle profile...this is from the real john danrielle ...... November 17, 2005 Myspace Just so y'all know, the person calling himself "johndarnielle" over there at Myspace isn't actually me. I don't rock the Myspace, though they're fine by me; I figure there's enough of me on the web as it is without a Myspace page further gumming up the works. I bear this dude no particular ill will or anything, it's actually somewhat flattering - if disorienting - to have an outright imposter crop up. But somebody sent me a link to the page and I saw that there were a whole bunch of comments addressing me personally & felt kinda bad - as is generally known, I answer my email pretty promptly, and as is known by them that know me personally, the last time I was 5'6" was when I was thirteen years old.

To bleep out the words "seventeen years young" so as to not have a reference to under-age drinking, and to bleep out the word "alcohol" so as to not have a reference to drinking and driving is absolutely insane.
