Hope, the shining light at the end of the long, dark, and pointless tunnel known as misery. Sometimes, a person will doubt that the light they see is even real, and assume that the light is just followed by more darkness... but even a false hope can be better than no hope, whether or not the light is at the end or the middle of the tunnel, the fact of the matter is that it's there, and theres nothing to lose by chasing it. The only way to move is forward, every step in the right direction is a step closer to the end.
