Hello there, I just wanted to say again how much we enjoyed having you come up over the weekend. Two great gigs that deserved more punters, but were a real pleasure anyway. I hope we'll see you back up this way before too long! Love to the folks too, Jasper.
Hi John, It was nice to see you perform in Slough.I didn't even start to learn to play guitar until I was 20!So you are way ahead of me! Sorry I didn't stick around to talk but I had been ill for three days-and literally had to go home to my sick bed! God Bless, Tim.
We dig dig dig dig dig dig dig in our mine the whole day through To dig dig dig dig dig dig dig is what we really like to do It ain't no trick to get rich quick If you dig dig dig with a shovel or a pick In a mine! In a mine! In a mine! In a mine! Where a million diamonds shine!
We dig dig dig dig dig dig dig from early morn till night We dig dig dig dig dig dig dig up everything in sight We dig up diamonds by the score A thousand rubies, sometimes more But we don't know what we dig 'em for We dig dig dig a-dig dig
Heigh-ho, Heigh-ho Heigh-ho, Heigh-ho Heigh-ho
my favourite bit is; In a mine! in a mine! where a million diamonds SHINE!
Hey there John, thanks for adding. Just a word of encouragement, you sound really great - better than most people your age. Keep at it, it will pay off.
Hi John, It's very, very nice to meet you. When I first met Andy McKee we were in Winfield Kansas at The Walnut Valley Fest for The National Fingerstyle Guitar Championships. When he told me how young he was at the time, 22 or 23, I told him he had no right to be that good and that young too. I then added that I had socks older than he was. You are so very on the right path!!! Your music is really good now and shows an incredible amount of promise. Stay honest and clear. Great times are ahead. If you ever get the chance, come to the US and experience the fingerstyle contest in Winfield. You'll meet incredible guitarists from all over the world and mabey even form some friendships that will last a lifetime. Brian
