關於我: JOHN EDDIE " J.J." JONES R.I.P. 07-09-09 ( WE MISS YOU DADDY)
The Background Summary for John Eddie “J.J.” Jones is that of creating a rewarding environment in Housing, Business, Community and Facilities Development and Research. I have
extensive experience in all phases of Housing Development and Finance. I have demonstrated strengths in Program Management, Administration, Marketing and Public Relations. I have strong skills in strategic analysis for product and marketing development, marketing plans, market research, price proposals and contract negotiations.
From 1974-1976, I was the Back-up Quarterback to “Broadway” Joe Willie Namath with this National Football League team, where I was the First Quarterback ever to bench Joe Namath while he was healthy and was one of the first three African-American Quarterbacks to play in the National Football League. During the Off-Season Summer of 1975 I accepted a Presidential Appointment by President Gerald Ford to the U. S. Department of Commerce’s
Office of Minority Business Enterprise, Washington, DC under the Business Management Fellowship Program, as the National Football League representative in the New York and New Jersey area, as a Recruitment Program Specialist.
I am a Member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., founded in 1911. I am a past Member of the National Association of Financial Consultants and the National Association of Public Administrators. I am a current Founder and Director of the Pacific Northwest Chapter National Black Chamber of Commerce (PNCNBCC).
我想認識: First of all, as a part of my PNCNBCC networking and my personal and private business activities,I would like to meet anyone that we can be of mutual assistance to in theirs or my business interests or activities.
Secondly, with two marriages that have ended in divorce behind me, I have grown-up enough now to know to hope for a “God-Send” Perfect-Jewell” to be married too”!!!!
First and foremost, the Law of Love upon which we should all base marriage is the foundation of the Government of God, regulating our treatment of each other.
God desires from each of us the Service of Love – Service that springs from an appreciation of God’s Character; i.e., “God is Love” taken from 1st Timothy 4:16.
Marriage is the ideal Godly state between a man and woman and it should be honored above all other relationships so that all things are honorable in the marriage bed that is kept undefiled and maintained pure between a husband and wife, as God will judge the adulterer and the sexually immoral.
As we are willing Persons, being led by the unknown Being, doing the impossible for ungrateful People, we will become qualified Together to do anything with nothing; therefore God can use the most mundane aspects of our life together to transform You and Me to become more Christ-Like. So even during those moments of "can't live with him" (or moments of "can't live with her"), marriage can still teach us constancy, commitment, and faithfulness. It isn't always easy or pleasant—but I love the IDEAL OF BEING MARRIED and watching God at work.
If you'd like to chat send me a message, now please be patient...My time is very allocated so I'm not on here everyday...
My Thoughts! What are yours?
John Eddie “J.J.” Jones
"It behoveth the servant to pray to and seek assistance from God, and to supplicate and implore His aid.
Such becometh the rank of servitude, and the Lord will decree whatsoever He desireth, in accordance with His consummate wisdom."
Lord! Pitiful are we, grant us Thy favor; poor, bestow upon us a share from the ocean of Thy wealth; needy, do Thou satisfy us; abased, give us Thy Glory. The fowls of the air and the beasts of the field receive their meat each day from Thee and all beings partake of Thy care and Loving Kindness.
Deprive not this feeble one Thy wondrous Grace and vouchsafe by Thy might unto this helpless soul Thy bounty.
Give us our daily bread and grant Thy increase in the necessities of Life, that we may be dependent on none other than Thee, may commune wholly with Thee, may walk in Thy Ways and declare Thy Mysteries. Thou art the Almighty and the Loving and the Provider of all mankind.
Be patient under all conditions, and put your whole trust and confidence in God.
Love; Your Brother in many ways and beyond

Arthur Fletcher From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Jump to: navigation, search Arthur Fletcher (born December 22, 1924 in Phoenix, Arizona, died July 12, 2005 in Washington DC) was an American government official, widely referred to as the "father of affirmative action" as he was largely responsible for the Revised Philadelphia Plan. An African American and a Republican, he served in the Nixon, Ford, Reagan and George H.W. Bush administrations. In 1995, he briefly pursued a bid for the Republican presidential nomination. Numbers of his fellow Republicans were often at odds with the affirmative action policies which Fletcher initiated.
As head of the United Negro College Fund, he coined their famous slogan, "A mind is a terrible thing to waste."

Desiderata "Go placidly amid the noise and the haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence. As far as possible without surrender be on good terms with all persons. * Speak your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others, even to the dull and the ignorant; they too have their story. * Avoid loud and aggressive persons, they are vexatious to the spirit. If you compare yourself with others, you may become vain or bitter; for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself. * Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans. Keep interested in your own career, however humble; it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time. * Exercise caution in your business affairs; for the world is full of trickery. But let not this blind you to what virtue there is; many persons strive for high ideals; and everywhere life is full of heroism. * Be yourself. Especially, do not feign affection. Neither be cynical about love; for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment it is as perennial as the grass. * Take kindly the counsel of the years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth. * Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings. Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness. * Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here. * And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should. Therefore be at peace with God, whatever you conceive Him to be. And whatever your labors and aspirations, in the noisy confusion of life keep peace in your soul. With all its sham, drudgery and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be cheerful. Strive to be happy.*"
