Bio:

PLEASE NOTE! The music on this player is intended primarily as a documentation of my musicwriting. The recordings are simple and contain several mistakes, but you get a good idea of what some of my music sounds like. I play accoustic and electric guitar (often slide), as well as the Great Highland Bagpipes and Scottish Smallpipes (see Videos). I am a member of the Blues-Rock band Badbacks (http://www.myspace.com/badbacks), the "Celtic" (Scottish/Irish song and music) band Oats & Barley, and of Griffin Pipes & Drums. I am also a painter working with Acrylic and Water colours. I paint mainly landscapes and old buildings, being fascinated by atmosphere, light and darkness, et c. In my childhood the Stones, Kinks, Fairport Convention, Steeleye Span, Bob Dylan, et c were often on my parents turntable...
