The John Forbis Band has been playing around the area for several years. Including such places as The Apple Festival, Missouri State Fair, Ham & Turkey Festival, Kingdom of Callaway Fair, Mokane Fair, Morgan County Fair, Cooper County Fair, Miller County Fair and many more. Their music consists of Old Country, New Country, Rock n' Roll and Originals.
John has also been fortunate enough to have performed in Nashville at Tootsies and Legends Corner. Hill Top Records in Nashville has also released one of John's originals "America" on a CD released named "Standing Tall".
He has just released a new CD feauring "The Mean Drunk Woman", making it his fourth release. It joins "What Kind of Spell", "Lawnmmower Man" and "Bachelor Life". These are available to listen by searching Forbis on www.cdbaby.com. You will find that John has a unique writing ability. His songs are humorous, sad, happy and most of the time, true stories.

hope your holiday was wonderful and you were both surrounded by love. Was 3 years ago Christmas Eve, that I met John, and Jerry.. and we had the after party at the bar.
