About me: My name is John Hornor Jacobs. I'm a writer, designer and musician. I have a personal portfolio site at www.atomictomato.com
Above all things, I love my wife and daughters. They're pretty freaking funny. You can see some of my kids antics at www.atomictomato.com/funnyGirls. Check out the Which Lily? movie, that one always cracks me up.
I just started a couple of blogs, one called The Bastardized Version and another called This Dying Earth. Check em out.
Currently, I'm wrapping up my first novel, a macabre little tale of the South with the undead, Lovecraftian gods, blues, and even a little sex thrown in. Hopefully I'll be able to get it published.
Whom I'd Like to Meet
Who I'd like to meet: Jesus, Buddah, Mohammed, John Lennon, Nylarhotep, Yog-Sothoth and Hastur. All at once. That'd be messy.
Read and review at the HL? I just left a reply for you in the office.
You might also want to check out the Shocklines Writers Group. I haven't worked with them in quite a while, but at least in the past, they did some good story critiques. You should be able to access it at the Shocklines board. Nick Cook is the moderator.
John! Now I know who you are. I saw your comment about the Nebulas at the HL office on Zoe. I think I've seen you at Shocklines, too, right?
I guess you met the HL crew at WHC. Sorry I missed the party, but it was for a good cause...writing my arse off (if only that were a true diet option for bum reduction, I'd be slim for sure). Anyway, it's good to meet ya' and great to see you at the HL.
Just wanted say thanks for the add and to invite you to take look at my website. Please note Monkey Love is being pushed (sorry, but I have to eat). If you want to know more about me, and have the time, check out my profile and blog.
Thanks for adding me! As you probably saw on my profile, I'm a horror novelist and short story writer with a new book out called NEEDLES & SINS. I hope you will check out my work -- you can read a free story from my book at www. johneverson. com/needlesandsins. htm.
Hey! Was great meeting you at WCH! Glad to add you! Have you checked out Horror Library yet? Hope your trip home was good! Look forward to reading some of your work! Petra
What's up my friend from 17 years ago. And yes, I can vouch quite readily for the fact that you say the DUMBEST things when you are drunk! Just kidding! Your family looks lovely. You look happy. Hope all is well.
John, your comments look so lonely. Did I ever mention that being a brother makes me feel like the luckiest girl in the world? It does. Well, at least when I'm not semi-drunk and lugging 60lb monitors uphill in the Arkansas heat-n-humidity. Thanks for taking me in.
