Well if anyone knows me they know Iam probably the BIGGEST fan in Humboldt of the late John Cipollina, guitar player for the '60s band Quicksilver Messenger Service. If you have never heard of him check his music out. He was also one of the founding members of Zero, played with the Grateful Dead at almost every New Years Eve from 1978 - 1987 and was known to be in 5 bands at one time. Recommended cd's - Quicksilver's first album - self titled and their second album 'Happy Trails'...truely the pinnacle of the psychedelic San Francisco sound.
