Johnny D's Interests
General
obviously Filmmaking - I enjoy writing and storyboarding. If you take the time and do it right, pre-production can make any film production go smooth. Also, it is the most creative aspect of the whole process - to begin something completely new and watch it take shape. I am also a huge fan of live music - I would listen to a crappy band before the most premiere DJ any day of the week.
About me: I have a job that pays my bills, puts a roof over my head, and affords me the luxury of pursuing my dreams and films. It's not glamorous, but its helping me build the life I want - so I am fortunate and thankful.
The life I want ... that's simple - to be able to earn my living through my films and find the right someone to share the adventure with.
The life I want thus far ...

Who I'd like to meet: Folks like myself here in St.Louis who are serious about pursuing their craft and making some quality films. It would also be nice to meet a sweet, no-nonsense, beautiful woman to start up a lifelong fairytale romance.
Thanks for the Friday the 13th review bro! I've been kicking around the idea of going to see it or wait till it comes out on dvd. Mostly for the same reasons you slammed Zombie's Halloween in your review. Great minds think alike I guess.
Side note - He is doing a show, Friday the 22nd at Andre's on Telegraph. $40 bucks, includes meal and open bar, Steve Davis and also a Buddy Holly imp. I think Lins, myself and possibly her rents will go if you are interested. I think it is a benefit for Friends of Kids with Cancer so its a good cause to boot!
