About me: Well, about me, I am a Chef by trade, a bodybuilder by design, and volunteer firemen by being born into a firefighter family and a Gemini by birth. My world evolves around my career, my pets, and my home. My personality is quick witted, fun, serious, and by nature very much revolved around humor and not taking myself too serious. People often say I am quick to judge a person and have great instincts separate myself from people who don’t believe life is for living, experiencing, growing, and leaving a mark on what you have done.
As I have grown I love to give to others and do many charities to give back what I have been blessed to be given. My life has been filled with many people and I am lucky to have very good people I call friends, have a great family, am an Uncle to Jessica, Peter Jr, Ana, and Alex and a godfather to Alex Carino and Madison Humphrey. Recently joined Big Brothers and am a big brother to Zach who is into skate boarding and a great kid.
I have traveled the world and grown to appreciate the beauty of the world as well as the people and don’t pre judge others and ask that they don’t pre judge me. I am republican though a liberal one and believe people should be respected for being people and that everyone should be given the same rights. The past years I have been blessed to appear on PBS and look to the future to grow my television career as well as my cooking class demonstrations that I do very often. I work out of my home for Sara Lee (Who doesn’t love Sara Lee?) as a Corporate Executive Chef developing great products for great restaurants using the phenomenal Sara Lee line of products. This allows me to travel monthly about 13,000 miles and work with great chefs all over the country so who could ask for more. Dam I am racking up those American Airlines miles.

Kindness

We're really lacking on the trees. We got a baby oak tree that's about a foot or so tall... It will be quite a while before it's very big! We plan to get two dogs but are not sure when - probably a Doberman and a Chocolate Lab. We'll see!

i miss you too! i would love to go see you in dallas. as soon as i get settled back into a routine here, i will. you can always come to corpus, and stay at my beach house out in rockport.
