Your Result: Sense of Humor
Your best quality is your sense of humor! People like you because you can find humor in any situation. You love to make people laugh. This makes you a fun person to be around. |

Well, I suppose it's about time I updated this...it's been a while! First off, my name is John, and I'm a cartoonist. I am addicted to cartooning. I have a website where you can check out my comic strip. Fortunately, the only addiction I have is cartooning. It's an addiction I have attempted to kick (or that has attempted to kick me), but it's always returned. Frankly, that's fine with me. It beats my old addiction, which was going to Tijuana, snorting cocaine and shooting heroin while a mariachi band threw flaming darts at my head at dawn.
Since April 1, 2008--which is, conveniently, April Fool's Day so nobody really knew if I was serious about this or not--I've been going to the gym almost daily in an attempt to slough off the spare tires I've been carrying around since birth. It's been going great, I'm feeling better, and I am more easily able to dodge mariachi darts. By the end of the year, I want to be somewhere in a healthy weight range, instead of a "surprisingly unhealthy" one. Then, for the next four or five months after that, it's going to be all about toning up and becoming a sexy bitch for pool- and ocean-side. Plus, it would be nice to be able to walk up a flight of stairs without my lungs popping.
I used to love playing guitar. Sadly, there are certain things that you can only do alone so many times before you really want someone else to join in, and playing guitar is one of those things. There might be guitar in my future again, but for now, it's on hold until I have an audience larger than one extremely perturbed cat.
I'm an only child and part of an overall small family, so don't ask me to play any board games (more like boring games, zing!). I never did learn how to play Monopoly. I...I think I might be able to play Checkers? I guess this is all just a roundabout way of saying that I'm self-sufficient and can be left alone for long periods of time, sort of like a Portuguese Water Dog (I am not sure if these dogs like to be left alone, but if so, it's a good example). I'm more introverted than extroverted, but I do enjoy going out and doing stuff with friends. Also, all of my friends are terribly attractive.
Somehow, I managed to graduate Magna Cum Laude (literally translated: "I have genius sperm") from Fresno State with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration; specifically in Information Systems, which is a fancy way of saying that I've sat staring at a computer screen for the majority of my waking life. I may be a cartoonist at heart, but a guy has to pay the bills, so I currently work as a graphics/web designer in the College of Agriculture at California State University, Fresno. I truly do love my job and the people I work with, and that makes it so much easier to get up and come to work every day. Heck, I would pay them! Ha, Ha, that is not true.
Bonus fact: My favorite color is blue. If you want to know more, AIM me up: RockCityJN
Here's a taste of just a few of my comics:
