Formed in the Summer of 08, each member found they shared a love and commitment for music.
At the time JATG formed there was a surge in local bands in the area, however JATG were keen not to rush into the scene and took the time to gel as a band and find their unique sound. JATG are aiming for 2009 to make their breakthrough playing gigs in prestigious venues across Scotland.
Recording of Johnny and The Giros E.P has finished and will be released in October of 2009, with a string of gigs to support the launch lined up also!

Gigs are goin good aye, had a gig on Sunday there in Rialto's. Was us, The Dead Leaves and another band... can't remember their name though, we'd played with them at the O2 though in September... was a good night. Good wee crowd considering the shitty weather...
Wee acoustic set coming in December in Blackfriar's in Glasgow. Need to downsize my keys to something thats more acoustic sounding...
I have been thinking hard. All 3secs we should make a new name for that night like something like bulge's goodbye to 2009. Its a cracking bloody line up. Mikey I don't like not spk 2 u every day.
