JOHNNY MARINES - Aventura’s Manager
Johnny Marines, a native New Yorker from the Lower East Side, has been a deciding force in Aventura’s rise from local Bronx icon to national and international star. Commencing in 2003 when he signed the group, Johnny appointed a professional and dedicated staff and immediately organized the ranks. He also worked in harmony with Aventura’s record label to forge a more fruitful relationship and obtain better opportunities for the group. The success of his superior negotiating and diplomatic skills may be measured by the band’s growth which continues to captivate new markets distant from Aventura’s South Bronx roots. Johnny has become popular himself to the group’s fans because he leaves the door open to direct communication with them; he treats them with the respect and appreciation they deserve, an attribute not often existent in the music business. Johnny will be forever grateful to the members of Aventura for trusting their careers to him and he admits they have made his job simple through their trust and unconditional support.

Johnny Marines - nativo de Nueva York, oriundo del afamado “Lower East Side” - ha sido una fuerza decisiva en el desarrollo de Aventura desde su inicio como iconos de su barrio, el Bronx hasta llegar a ser super-estrella nacional e internacional. Comenzando en el 2003 cuando firmó el grupo, Johnny buscó una plantilla de personal profesional y dedicada e inmediatamente impuso disciplina y organización. También trabajó en harmonía con la compañía discográfica de Aventura para forjar una relación más fructífera y obtener mejores oportunidades para el grupo. El éxito de su superior abilidad como negociador y diplomata puede ser medido por el crecimiento del grupo que sigue cautivando nuevos mercados, lejanos a sus raíces en el Sur del Bronx.
