hmm yeah phons is pretty good, wuldnt say its leet tho phons offer a good 2hour begginners class where as most other beginners class r only a hour phon has a compulsary introductory lessons which is quite pricy tho like 70 or something for 3 intro lesson
nah not a big sausage fest lol there r like the regular 3 azn chicks that always help out phon there really nice ey and the rest of the ppl there, afew azns so all good where riddlers i was one of the token azn guys! lol
ey umm phons is like a 15min walk from pb and shit
yeah i use to train at riddlers aye, its got really high standard fighters and trainers aye but ev there r like so white n shit i didnt really feel like i fit in wit those guys

yeah i havent been doing much aye..just working i work 8.30 to 4. 30 monday to friday so its pretty full on aye, but the moneys good and just chillin on the weekends
