Ive played guitar and sang since the early 80s...Was in an indie band called Two Helens and it was pish so I bailed from that as soon as I met my good friend Tali and heard him playin' double bass.We almost instantly formed the Alabama Trio with another pal.Played locally and it was good.A few years later Tali and me had a band with a drummer called Alan Huntley and we were still called the Alabama Trio and later changed it to the Screamin Demons.We played all over Scotland with this band.Tali and me decided to pack it in and go basic so we no longer needed a drummer. Then We became Tali and Johnny. www.myspace.com/talijohnny This was a very productive time as Tali had a studio setup in his shed.Anyway all through this time I have loved and played blues and hopefully will for a long time.Although I just play for a hobby I would like to get involved again with a band.I got a smokin' sounding Gretsch Country Gentleman and a 1962 Marshall Bluesbreaker amp that is ready to rock.
