About The Johnny Storm Band

Back together now for 3 years, The Johnny Storm Band have established themselves as a great live band. Equally comfortable playing Rock'n'Roll and Rockabilly with some classic strollers thrown in. They love to get an audience on their feet jiving and bopping with a mix of Rock'n'Roll classics and Johnny Storm originals. Johnny has recently invested in a customised Fender Bassman amp which combined with his souped up Gretsch makes for an awesomely authentic sound. With the rhythm powerhouse of Tony and Mick to complement Johnny's guitar and vocals they make one great Rock'n'Roll sound. MY BACK IS STEADILY IMPROVING BUT THE PHYSIO SAYS IT'S STILL TOO EARLY TO START STRUTTING MY STUFF ON STAGE JUST YET. The Johnny Storm Band	May 26 2009 4:15 PM Our long-awaited new 7-track EP is now available on CD from Raucous Records! It's called ROCKIN' MACHINE and features 3 new songs written by us (you'll have heard them at live shows over the past few months) - Fun Lovin' Girl, Rockabilly Baby and Rockin' Machine. There's also a newly-recorded version of one of Johnny's old songs from the '80's - How Many Hearts, as well as a great version of the Johnny Kidd classic Shakin' All Over. There are also 2 bonus tracks from the late 70's!! One is a never-released version of Ricky Nelson's Just a Little Too Much and the other is an alternative version of a very rare JS B-side called School is out for Summer. You can buy it direct from Raucous Records or get a signed one from us at a gig!!
