Are you familiar with bands like “The James Gang”, “Cream”, “Mountain”, and more recently “Gov’t Mule”? If the answer is YES then you will understand what the Johnny Street Band is all about. Johnny Street attempts to capture the raw energy and magic of the “Power Trios” from back in the day. We are not a “human jukebox band” so don’t expect to hear us playing cover songs exactly like the record. We inject the “Johnny Street” groove into everything we play. All of our tunes are boogie approved and guaranteed to fill the dance floor from the very first song to the last song of the night. We play covers by bands from early ZZ Top to Collective Soul and all points in between as well as some original material. We won’t be playing the same set list as every other rock-n-roll band in central Florida either. So, if you come to our show wanting to sit and chit-chat with grandma, stay home, because when you come to a Johnny Street show be prepared to PARTY! On that note come on out and put JOHNNY STREET on your map TODAY.
