Johnny Vancouver was born in the Soulard neighborhood of St. Louis, MO on February 28, 1972. As a boy, Johnny spent many a summer splashing around in the Mississippi River developing his appetite for adventure. After the summer of 1991, Johnny enrolled in the University of North Carolina-Southport. While at UNCS, Johnny tripled-majored in Underwater Archeology, Detonation Sciences, and Aeronautical Studies. After graduating from UNCS in 1995, Johnny took a job as a deep-sea salvage diver with the private salvage firm, Deep Sea Recovery Inc. Johnny became the President and C.E.O. of Deep Sea Recovery effective on January 1, 1996.
Johnny's company was engaged by the U.S. government to recover lost Revolutionary and Civil War-era vessels sunk deep in the Atlantic Ocean and other classified maritime recovery operations. At Deep Sea Recovery, Johnny also honed his skills as helicopter pilot and continued to develop his expertise in explosives (Johnny can defuse bombs and render various incendiary devices inert should the situation call for same). Johnny stepped down a President and C.E.O. of Deep Sea Recovery in 2005. His employment is now classified.
Johnny has never married, and enjoys his single life. Johnny believes every woman deserves love and during his time away from the job, he makes it his mission to see that it happens.
Hey Johnny Vancouver, tomorrow is the last day to sign up to Rock The Revolution, so don't miss out on your chance to open for Linkin Park, Busta Rhymes, Chris Cornell, The Bravery, and Ashes Divide! Click the pic for all the details and good luck!
Hello...Thank you very much..I know the band comments can be pretty cheesy, but we had to say Hi to all our new friends...since you and others gave us a chance...and we care very much about people giving us their time...thanks again
Is this a normal outing or will I have to bring my own beverages along? Not that I mind serving drinks out of my purse but I just need to know which purse to bring.
I was there at the Way Out Club and enjoyed myself greatly. The music was good all night (Johnny Vancouver, the Otto Modest, and Pelvic Girdles all sounded great) and the beer was tasty. I even partook in one of those gluey pizzas and enjoyed it! Cheers.
oooh... unfortunately I'm going to be in Philadelphia this weekend, leaving Friday afternoon. Hope you guys have a great show and I expect to see photos afterwards!!
Everything's awesome. We may come up the Shang-ri-la . . . is that how you spell it? Well anyway, I'm going to talk to the lady about it. What time's the show?
