My name is Jon Heim; Johnny Genocide of course, being only a stage name. I am currently in a few bands or side projects as I like to call them. The bands that I'm in are: Under These Blackened Skies; in which I play guitar, Anarchy Deprivation; in which I also play the guitar, and Man Overboard; in which I play the bass. I occasionally do work for other local artists as well. I am also a solo musician, I write, perform, record and produce all of my own work. I made this MySpace so you can check out some of my work. I Play guitar, bass, a little piano, drums and I do a little singing, but the guitar is my primary instrument. I also write lyrics but I don't think I'm that much of a singer, but lately I've been working on it and I'm planning on recording a few things with vocals. Another thing about my music is that the genres that I'm listed as don't mean a thing. I don't like to be confined to just one genre, my music is what i want it to be. You'll hear anything from heavy thrash metal to blues music, and anything in between. It's all part of the experience. Its what I do.
I live in a small town called Northumberland in Pennsylvania. I am 20 years old and I am working hard to start up my career in music. I have a few demo's and such up on my MySpace already. please feel free to check them out and let me know what you think of them. your support and opinions mean a lot to me. Thanks for your support.
