I love to paint. I don't know what it is, but I just love the act of painting almost more than breathing. I love describing the stories behind my painting. I really like to take the dry paint off of my plastic painting cups after the paint has dried. I picked up this trend after watching "Amelie". I love making people laugh, telling the same joke over and over until it is not funny anymore ( Han-zi!, Hi Han-zi!) I have the cutest neice in the world, and this is not an opinion, it is just a fact, I love hanging out with my friends, having a beer, I like to grow my facial hair to a point where it is not flattering, then bit by bit shave it off until I have a ridiculous handle bar for a mustache ( But that only last for about a day). I really like to listen to people. I like to hear their failures and successes. I like to give advice to the best of my ability. I fall in love with women real quick. But I also know when the love is not there. I am a sucker for a good hug. I am a cancer. I love looking through magazines. When I find a good magazine stand or store, you can kiss a good couple hours goodbye. I like to take pictures, but I don't know how to get good pictures of peoples front sides. I love coming up with ideas. I draw everyday. I love Crystal light Peach Ice Tea. I love being active. I like running. I love throwing the frisbee AKA the fris. I like to sleep in a cold bed. I love to be able to remember a really good dream.

About me: I was raised 20 minutes north of Seattle in a suburb called Edmonds. This is where my skills were learned through trial and error, encouragement from my peers, and through the copying of MAD Magazine. It was during high school where I learned a bit about color theory, patience with watercolors, and that drawing was very important to me. From there I moved onto college where I majored in Fraternity, realized certain things about life that I hold very dear to my heart, but most of all, I got out alive. After college I continued to dedicate all my spare time to creating art. I did what I could to make ends meet to continue my painting and drawing. My artistic style is influenced from Picasso's cubist period with a mix of street graffiti and urban design. I now have my own space called Bherd Studios, located in the eclectic Greenwood neighborhood of Seattle where I not only display my artwork, but other up and coming local pop surrealist artists. I also design and screen print t-shirts, paint on shoes and anything I can get my hands on. I love to paint and create and listen to how other people interpret my work.
Who I'd like to meet: people who are artists, gallery venue setters, and people who are interested in purchasing or commissioning me to do some work for them.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE MY FRIEND IN THIS LITTLE WORLD WE CALL MYSPACE, PLEASE LEAVE ME A MESSAGE. IF YOU DON'T I PROBABLY WON'T RESPOND TO YOU. THANKS!
