About Johnossi:
Johnossi is a swedish Rockband, consisting of John Engelbert (born in 1982, vocals, acoustic guitars, song writing) and Oskar Bonde (born in 1979, drums, background)
Already after 3 gigs in clubs and on a "gay boat", they signed their first record contract.
Afterwards they toured together with „The soundtrack of Our Lives“ through Scandinavia and realeased their first, selfentitled album in 2005 - which was released the next year in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
In 2006 they had their own tour and played, moreover, as the support of Mando Diao and Razorlight. In the beginning of 2007 they travelled alone through Germany. Many of these events were sold off completely.
In March, 2008 appeared their second album "All They Ever Wanted". This presents the Band more like rock than in the first album what causes mixed reactions in the press. But the album is well accepted by the fans. Johnossi received a higher name recognition by the film 'Die Welle' to which they contributed the 'Execution Song'. In 2009 Johnossi won the P3 Guld award for BEST BAND
