MY GREATEST PRIDE & JOY IN MY LIFE IS MY DAUGHTER!
I received the nickname Wolfspirit in 1980.
I was born in 1959 in Saint Paul, Minnesota, USA. I have been married, a father, divorced, and the marriage annulled. I have worked as a Scientist, Youth Minister, Financial Worker, Computer Technician, Crisis Intervention Specialist, Research Associate, and Psychiatric Counselor and now as a disabled Artist, Actor and Catholic Worker. I'm Oblate of the Order of Saint Benedict; which means I practice monastic contemplative spirituality as a lay monk while living in the secular world. I am a self-taught artist and hope that you enjoy my works as much as I do making them. My love for art began when I was a child, fascinated by colors of nature, skies, and especially manned spaceflight. For many years, I just made art for a hobby.
At the age of 38, while working as a Crisis Counselor, an agitated psych patient attempted to break my neck , rendering me permanently disabled and nearly losing my life. I had to lie on my back and be still. In this state, I began marking up discarded CD discs and liked the reflective effect. My art came about because of meditation and prayer. Some of the pieces generated are rather abstract, but still have a spiritual aspect.
In 2005, I began to make my artwork with the Interact Center (www.interactcenter.com); a one-of-a-kind organization dedicated to work with disabled artists and actors. Since that time I have been exploring this brave new world of the Disabled Artist and Actor. I work with balloon animals at community events. I enjoy helping people and having them laugh aloud when I work.
Stay tuned, as I am moving into and now expanding my proficiency in Acting in Performance, Theater, Film other art media as well.

whom be glory forever and ever. Amen” Galatians 1:3-5

for you today. May He bless you greatly in the New Year.

I’m going through my friends’ list one
prayer at a time, lifting your needs and that of your family before the throne
of God. Here is a reminder from God’s Word:
“A
new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you,
that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are My
disciples, if you have love for one another.” John 13:34-35
To me
this seems an awesome ambition – to love others as Christ loves us. We cannot
do it in our own power, but only as we allow the fountain of His love to bubble
up in our hearts and flow out to those around us. May your fountain overflow
more and more each day as you grow in the certainty of His love for you.
How's it going? I wanted to let you know that I have a show coming up on May 7th at the 400 Bar. LA based Zack Hexum is also on the bill, and he is awesome. Doors open at 8pm, and the show starts at 9.

Stopping by to lift you up in prayer today, whatever your circumstances may be.
Here is an awesome promise from God’s word:
“So do not fear, for I am with you;
Do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
