About me:
PLEASE NOTE: I HAVE A SEPARATE MUSIC PAGE AT WWW.MYSPACE.COM/JOHNPSTROHMMUSC -- THAT PAGE FEATURES STREAMS OF MY SONGS. I am a musician and a lawyer living in Birmingham, Alabama. I used to play in the bands the Blake Babies, the Lemonheads, and Antenna. I am now a transactional entertainment lawyer, representing musicians, songwriters, independent record labels, and other music business clients. I continue to make records and play shows whenever I have time (which I'm sad to report is not very often). Please visit my music page at www.myspace.com/johnpstrohmmusic to hear some music. Please do not contact me on this page seeking legal advice. I will ignore any such inquiries. This page is not intended to provide legal advice or counsel. Greetings-

I have been busy on tour with Conor Oberst and The Mystic Valley Band and haven't had a chance to tell you about my new record! It's called "Bad Little Kitty" and it came out back in July. There are a few tracks to sample on my MySpace but you can also check it out on iTunes or on my own website, www. TaylorHollingsworth. com. Thank you for continuing to be a friend and I hope you like the new collection of songs.

the Redmont got held up the second night I was there. didn't find out til I tried to get in at 2am the following night and the doors were locked. nice. was awesome seeing you and meeting the family, dining on fine southern food and dodging gargantuan cockroaches. now your turn to come to ol' blighty! happy move and good luck squeezing that third baby seat into your hot rod. x

Surf-rock / rockabilly / punk-new wave: All these terms can easily define the music of rocker veterans The Fleshtones through the years. They've been together longer than most of you have been alive, and that means something in an industry that sees many bands bands come along and go on their way within 5-6 years.

The first Fleshtones video - 1979

The Fleshtones performing "Shadowline"

Joining these guys will be Tiger! Tiger!, the Atlanta rocktresses you should remember from the Man or Astroman? show back in '06, and Birmingham favorites The Rewinds.

Join us for a night of rock, old and new!
