What Do I Do?

Well, for starters... if you see my SLIDE pictures above you'll notice that I enjoy life with family & friends... I like playing golf, especially at courses such as Pebble Beach & Cypress Point!

I love playing golf with my "buddies" and other great people I know such as Trent Dilfer (Super Bowl Champion NFL Quarterback) and Drew Brees (NFL Quarterback for the New Orleans Saints)... and so much more!

... so here's MY story...


I was blessed to grow up in an awesome family and in the middle of California in a town called Fresno.


Like most little boys, I dreamed of being a pitcher in the Major Leagues. In college, it was time to hang up the dream, finish college, get married and see what God had in store for me. I knew His plans (see Jeremiah 29:11) were what I wanted for my life and it seemed that a baseball career was not the plan.

I grew up having BIG dreams of being someone in this world and having an impact on people's lives... it just wasn't going to be from a pitchers mound in a baseball stadium.

I played all kinds of sports growing up and developed the ability to work with others and with a team... I enjoyed baseball, basketball, football, soccer and golf... if it involved being COMPETITIVE I was probably doing it... my brother and I used to KILL EACH OTHER (not really but you get the idea) while playing video games growing up.

It's In My NATURE To Compete!

That's probably why I LOVE PLAYING GOLF... it will allow me to compete my entire life! And I REALLY LOVE helping people compete and succeed in their business.

I was a SHY kid and OVERWEIGHT growing up... taking photos and getting in front of the video camera was not my thing. Childhood videos would have me moving out of the shot.

But now, I enjoy getting in front of the camera because it allows me to communicate a message to YOU that allows you to RELATE and CONNECT with me.

Even though I was UNCOMFORTABLE in my own skin, I was still confident as a kid... I was happy to be me.


In Junior High my mom encouraged me to take drama classes (OUCH!) to help me become more comfortable in front of a group (public speaking) and interacting with people I didn't know. It helped, but those early seeds planted didn't produce fruit until I became a Senior in High School and during my college years where I would begin to exhibit, use and strengthen my leadership qualities.

Getting involved in student leadership allowed me to see how I could have a significant impact in other people's lives. I've come to realize that giving VALUE and being AUTHENTIC with people allows me to have great IMPACT in the lives of others... and that is what it's all about.


As a baseball pitcher, when you AIM your fastball you are in for a rough day... when you just LET IT GO you DOMINATE.

This what I help people to do in their... LET IT GO so they can DOMINATE online and position themselves for a life of abundance and give back in a BIG way!


I got my first job when I was 15 as a "grocery bagger" at a local grocery store. I share this story because to get hired I went back to the HR manager for 4 WEEKS STRAIGHT to ask if he had a position for me. At Week 4, he hired me even though he didn't have an opening at the store I wanted to work. He said he'd be CRAZY not to hire me because he knew I wanted the job and would do well based on my LEADERSHIP of taking action and the COMMITMENT I showed him. H e said my actions communicated to him I would be an EXCELLENT employee!


While in college I had the privilege of being an assistant coach for an 8th grade baseball team. It was a lot of fun! Being a part of those young men's lives was rewarding, and to see them excel, improve and play some great baseball was awesome! There's nothing like coaching and encouraging someone beyond what they initially FEEL they can accomplish... it is a RUSH!

And by the way, the team WON the League Championship.


In college, I thought I wanted to be a mechanical engineer... but like many college students do, I changed majors.

I changed to Construction Management... I still remember looking at my 1st set of construction blueprints for a MAJOR commercial project and thought FOR SURE I was in the wrong major! Those blueprints were in another language to me... how could I possibly learn how to read those things! LOL!

Well, I learned how to read blueprints and graduated with a degree in Construction Management.

At the end of my CM career, I had the opportunity to be a Project Engineer on the management team to build the Downtown AAA Baseball Stadium in Fresno CA for the Fresno Grizzlies (The AAA baseball team for the SF Giants).
