John Stea has distinguished himself as a BMI affiliated, published songwriter and composer. He has co-written the new hit-single by Ronica Coldiron,"The First Day" among many other songs. Originally from Connecticut, he resides in Nashville, Tennessee, where he is working with established songwriters such as Don Goodman, Rich Alves (Pirates of the Mississippi), Megan Conner, Jon Conley, Joe Todd, Robin Grant, Mike Kelly, Doug Bryson and Lucia Nazzaro. John Stea has been named as a writer for Resnik Music Group, that has published songs recorded songs by a variety of artists including Alabama and Martina McBride.
In addition to writing, John Stea is a physician and has served as a Flight Surgeon and Preventive Medicine Specialist under the USAF Surgeon General.
