this coming week i will join my friends in CAJA DE RUIDO TO BEGIN the recording of Slow-motion Party, there will be special guests on this album of great musicians who come from different backgrounds of music, lifstyles and countries....

my name is John Tirado.. i am the singer songwriter of a band called THE NASH, i have started this page to begin the public promotion of my solo album to be titled "SLOW MOTION PARTY".
which will consist of songs from a long period and span of time inbetween the nash and other musical projects. it will include guest appearances from musician friends and the like that i have come across over the years of playing and recording and giging..
feel free to comment on the tracks i have put up so far.. (remember) they are not the finished product.. just me in my room recording some songs .. hope you like the work,

Helo, John Tirado. I hope things are going well. I’m here to present you a new ethnical remix (called "Testamento Da Árbore") with influences of house music produced for the folk band “Coanhadeira”. Real instruments like bagpipes, acoustic guitars and other classical sounds played by the band are included. The track is sung in "gallego", a particlar languaje similar to Portuguesse that's spoken where me and this band are living. John, I just have done a crazy thing... I've bought a flight ticket to Palma on Friday 11th of December!!! Yes :P You know, I can't miss such great party and concert. Free entrance and album... + a great offer on flights to Palma by vueling those days( I can affor 42 € with all, included visa tax). I'll not sleep in Palma 'cos my flight back to Barcelona is saturday at 8:20 a.m., so I'll go to the airport after the party (I can sleep in the airplane + train). I'm arriving friday at midday so I hope to meet with any of you for a coffee before the party. While so I'll just wander around Palma taking pictures and reading :) I enjoy doing that . Hope it's a sunny day. So... see you all in a couple of weeks!!!! ;)
