Thanks for stopping by..... I began playing the saxophone at age 12 - loved it right from the start and still do now - even more so. I like listening to and playing all types of music. I enjoy playing a variety of styles from blues - jazz, swing, R&B, funk, rock, reggae - to zydeco. My favorite though is still classic jazz from the 20s & 30s through the 70s.
During my travels I have had the very good fortune to be able to meet and play with new musical friends in places like Charleston, New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Austin, Texas, Las Vegas, Seattle, Australia, Belgium, China, Brazil, Panama, Trinidad & Tobago and with the Carnival Cruise Lines in the Caribbean. Locally, I am currently performing or have worked with a variety of groups playing jazz (Shore Jazz, Mike Allen Trio), classic rock (MoodSwingers), New Orleans R&B (Tear the Roof Off), zydeco (the Zydecats) and Texas swing/rockabilly (Big Hat, No Cattle).
