As for me, just so much going on. I begin my retirement on Saturday (well, semi- until the bossman can hire someone, but I am on limited time here). I'm going to write full-time from home. I'm sick of the workforce!
I already have my own hockey column out of Vancouver. So that should be a good start. :)

I laughed my ass off this morning thinking about the fact that you are probably one of the only DJ's to ever accept payola to NOT play certain songs... and the ONLY DJ to get away with accepting payola for playing a Depeche Mode song impossible to dance to in a gentlemen's club and keep yer job. The look on that dancer's face was worth twice the price a person who will remain unmentioned payed.
I had dinner tonight, of course. But it was decorated by the wonder of fire. I wondered how fire got to this eatery...hmmmph. I didn't have to pay for a hundo meal, so it worked... I guess....
That last post was not the incident I was speaking to you about, but it is still an example of the oppression of the taxaholics in the nolonger-sovereign state of North Carolina. Taxation without representation. Period.
