About me:

Greetings traveller,

I have a beautiful girlfriend named Jess. I love her very much, always and forever.

I've studied both Builiding Design, and Music Business at Victoria University 2005/2007. The music one was a great course, and helped build my love of local music/live music/music business. Its led me to run a few gigs, help out with others, and run a website dedicated to Australian Heavy Metal called www.MetalObsession.net

I've been backpacking in Europe for months during 2006 with friends, some great experiences both in terms of travel and life experiences. Our main intention was to go to the Football World Cup in Germany, but travelling probably ended up being the point of the trip. I got to visit countires such as Germany, France, England, Scotland, Czech Republic and Austria, but easily my favourite places were in Scandinavia,especially the Western Fjords of Norway, and Lapland in Finland/Sweden. Props to Mat, Joe, Scott, Christian and Jess for sharing the experience!

I also got to go to the amazing place that is the WACKEN OPEN AIR! Here I got to see my favourite band ever, the mighty AMON AMARTH, along with other favourites such as Wintersun, Korpiklaani, Arch Enemy, Opeth and so on...

I am fascinated by Norse Mythology, Vikings and Scandinavia in general. Other 'hobbies' include music if that wasn't already apparent due to my page. I live for my heavy metal. Especially Death metal and anything progressive be it metal or other.
