About me:

I close my eyes. Am I resting or thinking? Maybe both. I open them and look at you. I see you. Not your hair style, not your liquid foundation or fake smile. I see YOU. If I am quiet it's probably because I want to scream really loudly. If I'm loud, it's probably because my soul is quiet. Life is too short to be unhappy. I try to indulge in life's pleasures while still maintaining a sense of morality and responsibility. I love chemicals and all that goes with them: pharmacology, chemistry, toxicology, physiology, natural medicine and the chemistry of plants...etc. You will find me in nature on days that I can get out. I love hiking slowly through the woods and observing all the little details. I like to hunt with my bows. I love fishing - mostly catfish and bass. I like being around water - lakes, streams, and rivers. If you see me floating, it's down a slow, tranquil river with only a few friends - NEVER with a loud bunch of drunk people. I enjoy entertaining at my house whenever I am able and others are willing. I don't open myself up very quickly, but when I do, you have a friend for life. I am deep. I am passionate. Everything I do, say, feel, collect, own, and allow has meaning. I generally do not identify with mainstream society or it's influence. I meditate. I love fire. I am an idealist and yearn for things that are out of reach. I am a pessimist and realize I probably wont get them. But the idealist in me constantly looks to find new ways to achieve my dreams, so the only way to keep up with what I am doing is to pay close attention. Stop talking to me for a few months and you might be surprised what I've gotten myself into!
