About me:
The Accidental Environmentalist blog was started in 2007 after becoming more Eco-conscious yet wanting to be delve more deeply into green living. However, I didn't want to compromise on style or sensibility. I believe that we can be Eco-friendly and still be ourselves. My motto is, do couple things for the Environment that doesn't inconvenience you but benefits the Earth. With these small changes, we can all make a difference.
I joined Green Options as a contributing writer in 2008 after the birth of my daughter, Layla. I became more interested in natural parenting and having a chemical free home. I am pretty much obsessed with Organic anything.. and write about it a lot on this site. I am also published on Associated Content but that's hodge podge of everything from traveling to yoga.
