a usb hard drive can. the result is you have to get USB advance in order to store/load the games from your USB hard drive. USB Advance is basically the same as HD loader except for the fact you have to use an external Hard Drive. I can get you the USB Advance free, so all you is a usb Hard drive.
get one thats at least 40 gb or 80 gb the one that is best compatible and for a good price would be a maxtor diamondmax they go for pretty cheap on ebay. make sure its a EIDE model too, not SATA. To make sure you know what EIDE and SATA is EIDE models is a hard drive for older computers which the PS2 connects too. SATA models are for the newer computer that they just came out with. actually you can put back ups on the hard drive. the latest hd loader actually lets you put both imports and backups. you just need a slide tool or a flip top. the flip top is easier and looks nice the slide tool is for those who dont want to void their ps2 warranty or those who just dont want to take them apart. trust me though hd loader is worth it, it actually helps your ps2 last longer because your not using ps2's laser and its good to have all your games in one place instead of having to pop in each disc. oh yeah hd loader doesnt work for the new ps2 slims.
HD loader is a disc for ps2 that allows you to store your games on your ps2's hard drive. It makes it easier to play games cause you dont have to put in indivdual games when you want to play something else. So basically your games are all in one spot, your hard drive.
nah im not selling. i dont use the swap magic all the time only when i need to. I put my games on my hard drive for my ps2. I use HD Loader. WAY better solution dude.
