JOLLY ROGER formed in 1985 and had a 10 year run as one of the most successful and popular cover bands in Eastern Pa. The band performed more than 500 shows and had an arsenal of over 200 songs. They shared the stage with many of their classic rock hero’s including Foghat, The Guess Who, BTO and 38 Special, as well as up and coming artists such as Hootie & The Blowfish, Our Lady Peace and Fuel.
JOLLY ROGER released to two bodies of original music (a full length cassette entitled "No S", and a 6 song CD "Self-Titled") both featuring the bands trademark song "Lickety Split".
JOLLY ROGER returned to the stage in 2005 following a 10 year break. They have been performing yearly reunion shows ever since. The current line-up features original members Larry Werner on guitar and Dennis Hower on bass. Longtime JR drummer Dan Lacy behind the kit, Shane Stoneback on guitar and lead vocalist Bryan Harmony.
JOLLY ROGER was best known for their nonstop sets and always throwing the biggest party in town...nothing’s changed...SOCIAL!
