YOU'RE THE ONLY ONE, WHO BROUGHT LIGHT & LOVE TO THIS BAND ON EVERY TOUR & BEYOND! :) I had a few SETBACKS this year myself, however, I'VE PRAYED THAT YOU WILL RECOVER FROM YOUR ILLNESS & I'VE THANKED GOD THAT EVERYONE PRAYED AS WELL. Jon	Nov 22 2008 3:48 PM Hello again, Jon... After viewing several video clips from In The Present's Canadian gigs, I believe that Benoit David is doing a fine job as your understudy, rest assured. (And, needless to say, Steve, Chris, Alan & even Oliver have been on fire.) I'm sure this opportunity has been the chance of a lifetime for Benoit. Although he is very talented, visibly enthusiastic, and certainly possesses the soaring range to perform (most of) your parts and songs, there is something less tangible...missing...something absent and beyond his, or anyone else's ability. Certainly you possess an amazing voice, gentle and ethereal, but able to cut through the band's electric wall of sound. However, I have always admired—above all—what I consider to be, for lack of better words, the timbre of your voice. There is a guileless "sincerity" that makes me want to believe...makes me want to listen...makes me want to care. Range (or even melody) alone does not come close to adequately describing your musical contributions. You are Yes, as far as I'm concerned. Nothing lasts forever. And even though I may never see Yes perform in concert again, I hope you and Rick have a few tours, albums, and "pocket symphonies" left in you. Best wishes to you and your family in the coming holiday season. and in the new year.

Discerning from the photos, OLIVER MISSED YOU & HE WISHED THAT YOU WERE ON TOUR WITH HIM. Although he'll become SUCCESSFUL after this tour, HE LOOKED AS THOUGH THAT HE'S TRAPPED INTO THE SLAVERY OF THE MUSIC INDUSTRY. Since you're the one, who hired him months ago, HE'S THE ONLY ONE, WHO APPRECIATED YOU & WHAT YOU HAVE DONE FOR HIM. :) I've read his interviews, THANK GOD HE HAD A NORMAL, LOVING, UPBRINGING, with an incentive of TREMENDOUS TALENT. :) He was hit HARD when he heard of your SEVERE ASTHMA ATTACK on MAY 13, and he PRAYED THAT YOU WILL RECOVER FROM YOUR ILLNESS.
