Jonas Complex, a four piece hard rock band recently reassembled in Los Angeles after some big changes and the move from Boston, MA. JC fuses the explosiveness of riff driven angst alongside the ambience of the most melodic vulnerability--reflective of the human experience. An intense blend of musical passion, creativity, and inspiration is the result from guitarist Jamie Maguire, bassist Dennis Harris, and drummer Ted Kelliher having played alongside one another for over ten years.
Jonas Complex' newest member is vocalist Brannon Purvis, a talented singer and artist originally from Atlanta, Georgia. Brannon brings a new stylistic approach to the band, needing only a few practices for everyone in the band to realize that something special was occuring.
Since September, 2007, Jonas Complex has been playing live at the hottest venues in and around the Los Angeles area including the Roxy, the Whisky, and the Viper Room. JC has finally worked out all of the kinks for three tracks: Take You Further, Sway, and All Mine which will appear on their much anticipated debut EP, EVOLVE.
