Television
Rots the mind... except for the Discovery Channel. :) .. and comedy... and sci-fi... so I have a little rot to deal with.
Books
Are good. Read 30 minutes a day. Right now reading The Power of Your Subconcious Mind by Dr. Joseph Murphy, and Secrets of the Millionaire Mind by T. Harv Eker, both highly recommended... have some valueable gems in them.
Heroes
Are often unpublished. They are passed on in family. Superman exists... he is referred to as the full time father.
