Jon MacLennan's Music Has been described as:
“It's deep-dancing rock music that magically places palm trees and sand wherever it is played, and grooves so deep it makes all non-dancers get drunk on imaginary island air, and dance in the sand.”
It's a delicate little kiss on your earlobe from a pink-winged pixie.
So here is the deal! My music is available for download 100% for free. All you have to do is click "Download" right on the Myspace player and you will have my tracks on your computer to burn to CD or put on your iPods/iPhones! I truly hope you will enjoy the music, I am always putting a lot into my tracks. However, as you all know the Myspace player can only hold 6 songs :( so if you want to get some of the tracks that are not available on the Myspace you have to download them off iTunes (see link below). Also if you really want to help me out, if you download a couple songs for free off the Myspace, then go and download one off iTunes consider it a donation to helping indie music! As opposed to a record label taking all the money, you actually are helping me the artist and it is so greatly appreciated! I sincerely hope that you can help take my music and dreams to a new place. Peace
-JM
I also wanted to give a shout out to my good friend Luke Tozour, producer extraordinaire! I work with him on the majority of my tunes, and he always help take my ideas to new heights!
Jon MacLennan is not wasting anytime on the road to success. Making his debut record "Suspicious Love" released in 2006. Jon has already performed and worked with a panoply of L.A.'s finest musicians. "I feel so blessed to have accrued the friendships and accolades I have" Jon states. He is proving himself a true songwriter creating melodies with powerful force and unequivocal grace. Merged with lyrics that are pertaining to his generation, the world, and personal things.
