| About Jonathan Merkel |
Thanks for checking out my myspace page. I am a Songwriter/Producer/Composer based in Los Angeles. I co own a production company/record label, Beat Chamber, we produce artists and write music for TV, Film, etc. My music has been placed with Harpo productions (Oprah Winfrey, Dr. Phil, Oxygen network), Mad Dog Studios where I write music for TV, trailers and commercials including The Shield (FX), Mr. Brooks, Ghost Rider, Sony, Oceans 13, KAP Music where I placed music on The Bad Girls Club (Oxygen) and DL music where I placed music on 4 episodes of "Watch Over Me". I also have music with and write for LA Studio Tracks and Syncmasters. I have scored 2 indie films "The Dark" and "Side Effects" and I recorded guitar for Deon Evans (producer for Tupac Shakur, Digital Underground, etc.) as well as many others.
