All day long in my head
A song is playing
I will dream of modern classics
And reminisce about the future
I try to save all the fancy words for poetry, but sometimes I just get carried away. I write a lot of songs that come directly out of my life experiences, thoughts, observations, and etceteras. I believe in deeply felt music and words meant sincerely. Having a background in music composition (yay for useful college degrees) really contributes to my unique approach to the guitar. Given the chance, I'll sing songs for hours.
I play a lot of shows around Salem and am currently working on playing a lot of shows in Portland. I have over two hours of originals. I prefer to play my own songs, but have a variety of covers that I enjoy sharing as well.
Right now I am also writing a book of poems...
