I studied theater and music at the Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts in Santa Maria, Ca. and Jazz Performance at Santa Barbara City College. After that I toured California with different show bands, performing on beachfront stages all along the coast before finally landing back in Santa Barbara. There I held down a two year residency playing and singing jazz and blues standards at the Palace Grill, one of the premier supper clubs in the city. In 1999 I moved to Las Vegas where, a year later, my brother Jeff and I formed the power pop freight train of a band known as Tripsitter. The band’s first two CDs were released to near universal critical praise (our universe, anyway). Tracks from the disc "California Son" are playing now –yes, right now-- on radio stations across the globe. The success of Tripsitter led to a stint performing with founding Beach Boy (and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer) Al Jardine in the Endless Summer Band. Now I can be seen and heard playing bass and singing in the Beach Boys tribute show Good Vibrations and with the electro/jazz/soul group Universal Soul Orchestra.
Currently I'm the bandleader/bassist for the Frank Caliendo Show at the Monte Carlo Resort/Casino in Las Vegas.

Thank you for the kind words, sir. I must point out that it is Chris' sister, the lovely and talented Mary, who is singing on the chorus and not me. Although that is me on the harp. Here's to you getting married. I'm looking forward to the reception.
Tuesday, April 29th - Kick back and have a drink at the PT's on Spring Mountain and Arville for my birthday! We'll be there around 10:00pm...See you there!
I am sorry I missed your gig the other day. These last few weeks of school have required me to make some schedule changes. I am off for a month after this week, and we should hang out and talk turkey. Ciao ciao bambino!!
You know, I just might be able to, altough it will depend on the time you are playing. I have a class from 4:00pm - 6:15pm and a meeting from 7:30pm - 8:30pm that day, but I can make it any time before 4 or after 8:30. I've had a few new ideas regarding our dreams of internet entreprenuership (big, fat, obese ideas), so it would be great to meet up. Let me know what time you are playing.
Just poppin' by to say hey, and to say that the music you have posted is terrific. Of course, "Monster" is pop nirvana! Great song. Of course, I love the version of "Wah Wah." "The Z Song" reminds me of Zappa instrumentals and "Train" is fab. It reminds me of Grover Washington, but smoother and sexier (musically, that is). Can't wait for the Canyon Club gig!
