Jon Colyer was born just outside of London, England, a few miles from the famous Spurgeon College. He was born again at a very young age and vividly remembers being baptized in the Holy Ghost at the age of five.
When he was six years old, Jon attended the meetings of an Australian evangelist in London. It was there that Jon first sensed God..s love for God and sensitivity to His Spirit coupled with his simple faith in God, cause him to be mightily used through both his music and his message.
Jon you will never know how much of an inspiration you have been to me. I was blessed to see you in Marietta, Ohio and Parkersburg W. Va. Your service touched my heart so much. So glad I found you. God bless you and your family.

Hey Jon and Angela, Just wanted to say thank you for following God. God has impacted my life through your ministry. My husband and I don't attend Longview Metro (we have another home church that we serve in), but every time you come into minister we are there expecting God to do something mighty! This last time I got ahold of your teaching on "The Mantle" and that has just made me even more hungry for the presence of God.
