Jones for Juliet is an all-original, pop-rock powerhouse unlike any other you've heard before. Together since late 2007, members: Kenny Stewart, Danny Chatfield, Jeff Wilhelm, Adam Anderson, and Troy Jordan are no strangers to the North Carolina music scene. With bands such as: Fleshgear, Temper, Latem, Blackbook Romance, Mudjunkie, Floorbored, Social Phobia, Fourplay and Pull under their collective belt, there is no shortage of talent in this Winston Salem, NC based quintet.
Their influences include, but are not limited to: Led Zeppelin, Prince, Incubus, Jimmy's Chicken Shack, Butch Walker, and anything and everything else from A-Z! You never know who or what will inspire one of their many originals.
Longtime friends, Danny Chatfield and Kenny Stewart, have collaborated musically since the early 1990's with such groups as Temper and the widely popular, Fleshgear. Their single, Seven, saw radio play and attracted major label interest. However, looking to form something new, Danny and Kenny approached former Blackbook Romance drummer, Jeff Wilhelm, for the project. With former Mudjunkie guitarist, Adam Anderson, already signed on, all that was needed was a bassist. They found that in Troy Jordan. He was the perfect fit and soon they were tearing up the East Coast.
Jones for Juliet has been featured on 98.7 The Wicker Show and are professionally endorsed by In Tune Guitar Picks and Speedevil Clothing. Currently, the band is working on their first full-length CD, entitled "Alienation of Affection" with Grammy nominated producer, Ray Winters.
