Chicago, No Doubt, 311, New Found Glory, A Tribe Called Quest, Bob Marley, Cat Stevens, Green Day, Dave Matthews, Sublime, Slim Shady, System of a Down, Craig David, Jay-Z, Outkast, Fabolous, Eve 6, The Get Up Kids, Reel Big Fish, Fastball, Hendrix, The Eagles, The Gypsy Kings, DJ D-Bird, Billy Joel, Clapton, etc. My biggest influence tho, is love.
Growing up, I never thought of pursuing music for a living. I thought of it as a hobby, one that was fun and rewarding, but never one that would impact the rest of my life. I began playing at the age of ten, taken under the wing of a friend who was an incredible musician. We were rummaging through my fathers basement and came across his old electric guitar and amplifier. I was taught two little riffs, bought a chord book, and never put the guitar down. I began writing a few years later. Adolescent love songs at first, and as time went on they became deeper, more poetic (and a little better, too). Soon enough I went to college, met a girl, and fell in love. It was the real thing, a fiery haze of passion, friendship, and deep infatuation. It was here that my musical journey started to gain footing in my life. I began writing song after song, sometimes two a day, and at the end of that first year I had finished closed to thirty. As I continued to experience the many faces of true love, I chronicled them through music and lyrics. The song writing continued, and after deciding to take time off from my education, it became clear to me the direction I was being lead in: MUSIC. Everything in my life was pointing to music. I couldn't deny it, nor could I run from it. It followed me everywhere, and continued to do the same over years of trials and tribulations, heartache and personal growth, good times and trouble. Today music is the air I breath. It is the blood that runs through my veins. For me, everyday is another chance to experience more of life through music, to meet incredible people and see amazing places. It is a chance to touch the life of someone who's felt the same feelings that inspired my songs. For me, music is the chance of a lifetime. A chance to follow my heart and my soul without looking back, and to share this passion with the world. I can only hope that anyone who crosses my path might be inspired to follow their dreams with their whole heart. I believe it is the way to true happiness.

MISSION:
As I look at the world around me, I am overwhelmed by the lack of substance and moral value in the lives of so many. It seems as if most people have gotten caught up in a life of money and material things and forgotten about what really matters. When it comes to music, the mainstream industry has done the same: Gotten completely caught up in a cycle of making music for profit and most of us are standing on the side lines watching it happen. Music is one of the few universal creations that exist in this world; a concept so precious and rare that it requires no formal education or knowledge of language, history or art to experience it. All that is needed to experience music is the soul. That part of existence that is not ruled by human thought or reason. It is the deepest level of our consciousness, and it is the soul where we truly experience music. What happened along the way that we lost sight of this? That today when you turn on the radio you will hear a song that aired because of how much money was behind it instead of how much artistic value is in it. Today's music needs people who are willing to put selfish ambitions aside for the preservation of our soul. My goal is to find as many of these people as I can. Together we can be a force of positive energy, music, and actions. This force of artists, industry, and people will create a powerful movement and it is this movement that will lead to revolution. A revolution of heart, mind, and spirit for everyone to share. Join me in this effort to get back in touch with our souls. I believe deeply in this movement and I can feel it with every part of my being. Let us unite through music and change the world.
