The last few years for Jon Gerten have been transformational in his music. There was a time when Jon tried to sound like musicians he looked up to. Now, through prayer, God has shown Jon that he is called to be himself...especially in his music. His latest release, "Beyond" is a testament to that change in mentality. This 11 song worship album is from the heart of Jon straight to the heart of God. There are many styles in "Beyond" but they all come from the creativity of Jon Gerten. You will hear through the lyrics and the melodies on this album his change of heart and his submission to God's will.
