Jonny Keigwin, a native Bay Area resident, is trained as a classical double bass player. Jonny graduated from the prestigious Curtis Institute of Music in 2002, Philadelphia. He has played with many local Symphonies in the bay area including the San Francisco Symphony, San Francisco Opera, Berkeley Orchestra, Marin Symphony and others. Jonny began singing and writing his own music five years ago, discovering a latent aptitude. He writes strange and irreverent songs, haunting ballads and whimsical tunes. The Jonny Keigwin Band include: Nate Hohner (Bass), Matt Montgomery (multi instrumental), and Ethan Turner (percussion). . Ethan Turner has toured and performed with many bands including Jesse Colin Young, 20 Minute Loop, American Drag, Chrome Johnson, and the legendary band, Scrunt. They're performing soon at a theatre near you. Come on down and enjoy the show!
