Hello Jon. I saw the message you sent Lanson. I am thankful to you for getting him interested in playing. You created a monster. lol! He picked it up so easily and is playing very well. It is awesome. Love to you and Erin and Addie. I miss you all so much! peace..

i love his gravely grumble of a voice, too :) its really cute also when he's performing live and he still tries to dance and move around on stage; though the spoken word segments are always the most significant and profound elements of the entire experience. someone told me once that Tom Waits sounds just like an undercover cookie monster ... hmm, really makes one think ... haha

I have seen wristcutters :) i adore it, actually. though, not quite as much as I adore "A Very Long Engagement", which you should watch if you haven't already :) (there's no Tom Waits, but there is an Audrey Tatou).

Life is what it is at the moment. can't complain about that too much.
hope life is wonderful on your side of the world as well <3

thats hilarious, yea man, i remembered when he brought a little lunch box filled with mushrooms to school and me and him ate some in the bathroom then you helped us escape from school and hid us in your car, that wouldve been crazy if i had to actually go through with the day of school, i wish i was still that brave or stupid

so, you're still one of the most wonderful human beings on the planet. yup.

this ... is incredible.

i hope our paths, maybe, cross again sometime. it would be epic; because neither of us would probably have any idea that it actually happened, but I'd probably feel electricity and inspiration in the air ... and it would be zen, and wind, and perfection, but a completely different kind, too.

Oops, I rant a lot late in the night, so I apologize.

Hope you've been well <3

Ps - You should definitely put the "wookie song" on here.
just because, haha,
