The JONNY on the SPOT sound is predominantly a chunky blues based hard rock, with elements of funk, or whatever we see fit/feel like doing...we delve into some dark sound-scapes, and resolve out of those depths with uplifting sonic explorations.
There is no set agenda/fixed genre, on the whole, the bass drives solid grooves, whilst the drums push and pull with syncopated rhythms, and the guitar sculpts harmony amidst the carefully controlled chaos that is a JONNY on theSPOT song.
