About me:
I entered stand-up comedy in May 2003 and with my first ever live performance I progressed to the regional finals of that year's BBC New Talent Comedy Search. I then marked the end of my first year in comedy by becoming one of six acts to reach the final of the J20 sponsored Last Laugh Competition where I performed for an audience including Jasper Carrot at the Criterion Theatre in London's West End.
Within just a year and a half I had realised my dream and was working nation-wide as a full-time comic. Consistently high levels of performance, a willingness to work whenever and wherever the opportunity arose and a tireless desire to generate new material have been the secrets of my success. I now work regularly at Brighton Komedia, Just The Tonic Nottingham, The Glee Club and Bristol's Comedy Box and Jesters. I have performed at festivals in Leeds, Guildford and Bristol and have also headlined university gigs for Off The Kerb and Avalon. Abroad I have compered in the French Alps, headlined in Barcelona and performed a one-man show in Greece.
