Some say that his sound reminds them of old school Michael Jackson. Because of his love for the art of music, he is delighted that people hear his influences in his music. However, he does pride himself in accomlishing a sound of his own. It's taken him almost seven years to learn the art of background vocals and how they function within a song. Before he realized that Auto-Tune was in his computer he had learned to stack vocals perfectly. Poor guy... Others have compared him to Usher, Babyface, and even Stevie Wonder.
